Charles "Pete" W. Shaeffer, Jr. is a Senior Vice president and Investment Officer with RBC Dain Rauscher  and founder, Shaeffer Investment Consulting Group.  Pete and his wife Ginny are the proud parents of three children.

Past Chairman of the Board of Shock Trauma Research Fund, Maryland Institute of Emergency Medicine;

An avid dry-fly fisherman, Pete also is a member of the Center Club, Maryland Club, Gibson Island Club, Laurel Fish and Game Association, and Rambo Run Club.

He was educated at St Paul's School, Brooklandville, Maryland; Trinity College; University of Delaware and Western Maryland College.
